What is Fynd?
Fynd is a mobile shopping app that helps you discover and buy lifestyle products from brand stores around you.
How does Fynd work?
Fynding is pretty easy. Just open the app and browse through our handpicked collections or your favourite brands. Order the products you like and we will get it delivered superfast from your nearest store.
Where all can I Fynd?
Fynd is currently available in all major cities in India. You can check the serviceability of your city/area on the App/Website.
Can I change my Fynding area?
Yes. You have an option to change your Fynding area depending on where you want the delivery.

SHOPPING ON FYND
Do I get to see all the products of a brand in the app?
Yes, you can browse through the entire inventory of all the brands listed on Fynd
How is shopping on Fynd different from any other app?
We allow you to directly buy products from your favourite brands through the app. If you are not sure about your size or fit, then you can Fynd a FitTM by selecting multiple sizes of a product. We'll deliver the sizes you selected and you can try what fits you at the comfort of your home. You can return the size that doesn't fit you with the delivery boy as soon as you are done.
Do you accept orders by call or through your website?
No. We are currently taking orders through our app only.
FYND A FIT
What is Fynd a FitTM?
Fynd a FitTM is a unique feature which allows you to try multiple sizes of a product before buying for a nominal convenience fee. We'll deliver the sizes you selected and you can try what fits you at the comfort of your home. You can return the size that doesn't fit you with the delivery boy as soon as you are done.However Fynd a Fit is not applicable on discounted products.
How many products can I order to Fynd a FitTM?
You can order up to two sizes per product to Fynd a FitTM. However, there is no limit to the number of products.
Is there a premium I need to pay for this service?
We charge a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 80 per product for this service.
Can I order two different styles instead of different sizes?
No. We currently do not have this feature available and restrict you to order products only in multiple sizes. Do sit tight! We will come up with this feature soon.
If both the sizes do not fit, do I still need to pay the convenience fee?
Yes. The convenience fee is applicable every time you use Fynd a FitTM.
Is Fynd a FitTM available in all areas?
Fynd a FitTM depends on stock availability in your delivery area. You can enter your delivery Pincode in the product page to check if Fynd a FitTM is available for that product in your area.
Is Fynd a FitTM applicable for all products?
Fynd a FitTM is applicable for most of the products, however it is not applicable for products which are on discounted prices.
How safe are my online transactions on Fynd?
It is completely safe to pay on Fynd using your credit card, debit card or through a bank transfer. We follow RBI guidelines for online payments and use Mastercard 3D Secure PIN and Verified by VISA PIN. Fynd's payment partner is a PCI DSS compliant ecommerce company and does not store any customer credit card or financial information on its servers. All transactions are processed through secure bank servers, which are PCI DSS - II compliant thereby providing the highest level of security while processing your online payments.
Can I open the package and check the item before making COD Payment?
We will hand over the parcel only after we receive full payment against the order. If you are unsure of your potential purchase, you can always Fynd a FitTM.
What should I do if my card isn't working or my payment is not going through?
In a rare situation that your payment is not going through, kindly check with your bank for balance details or any suspensions if made on your account, and try making the payment again. In case the issue persists, you can use other payment methods like Card or Cash on Delivery. What should I do if my payment was processed but the order was not confirmed?
Sometimes, due to technical issues at the payment gateway or at the bank's end, your online payment does not reach us immediately. In such cases, your order will not be confirmed immediately. If the amount has been debited from your account, you may need to wait for up to 3 working days for the confirmation from the bank. If the order is not confirmed after 3 days then kindly call our Customer Delights team on +91 8767 087 087 and we will get it resolved for you.
What should I do if I get an Authorization Failure error while placing an order?
Contact our Customer Delights team on +91 8767 087 087 to check if the payment was received for the order. If we have received the payment, we will confirm your order, else the amount will be refunded to you automatically within 3 - 4 working days by our payment gateway partner.
Are taxes included in the order total?
We strive to make your shopping experience less taxing and more satisfactory. Value Added Tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST) is collected and deposited by Fynd on behalf of the seller.
Why is Cash/Card On Delivery not available for me?
Cash/Card on Delivery may not be offered in certain areas, subject to the discretion of our logistics partner.
Is there a limit on the order value for Cash/Card on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery orders have a cap of max Rs.4999.
Can I club Wallets and Online Payment in the same order?
No. Only one payment mode is possible per order. If you wish to, you can add the difference amount in your wallet using your card and then make the complete payment using your wallet.
What Wallets do you support?
We currently support only Paytm, PayuMoney, Mobikwik, Ola Money & Freecharge as our wallet partner.
Can I use my brand loyalty points or gift vouchers or credit notes for payment?
No. We currently do not support brand loyalty points, gift vouchers or credit notes.
When will I get my invoice copy?
Once the order is delivered to you, we will email the invoice copy to your registered email address.
How do I track my order?
Order tracking on Fynd is very simple. Just open the app, go to 'Orders' tab under the 'Profile' section and you will get the status of each item in your order. Our orders are fulfilled by third party delivery services.
Do I need to pay any delivery charges?
For all the subsequent purchases of Rs.1500 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of flat Rs.99 will be applicable to all orders under Rs.1500.
Is there a delivery charge for Cash on Delivery?
COD charges of Rs.50 would be applicable on all Cash on Delivery Orders. Standard delivery charges might be applied basis on your order value.
How soon can I get my delivery once the order is confirmed?
The average delivery time is around 2 - 4 days. You will have an option to select your preferred delivery slot while placing the order.
Can I have a customised delivery time slot?
We have a number of delivery slots spaced across the day. We currently do not provide customized delivery time slot, however please feel free to call our Customer Delights team on +91 8767 087 087 and we will help you to select a delivery slot as per your preference.
I have only received a part of my order. Why are all the items not delivered together?
We pickup products in your order from different stores based on availability and hence all products may not get delivered together. In such a scenario, our Customer Delights team will call you and keep you updated about the same. You can also track individual products in your order in the 'Orders' tab under the 'Profile' section of the app.
Can I pickup my order instead of getting it delivered?
If you have any special preferences for pickup and delivery, kindly call our Customer Delights team on +91 8767 087 087.
Can I edit my delivery address and timing after order confirmation?
We pickup products from a store on the basis of your delivery address and time slot. Changing the same would not be possible. However you can always call our Customer Delights team on +91 8767 087 087 and we will be happy to help you.
I missed my delivery. How do I reschedule?
You can call our Customer Delights team on +91 8767 087 087 or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reattempt the delivery as per your preference.
What happens if a product I ordered goes out of stock?
In case a product you ordered goes out of stock, we will cancel your order and refund your money.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
What is Fynd's Return Policy?
Fynd has a Lifetime Return Policy. For a smooth return experience, please ensure that
- Original tags are not removed from the product
- Product is not stained, damaged or torn
- Product is not used or washed
- Free products or accessories along with the original product are not missing
In case of successful returns, we will credit the amount paid by you in the original mode of payment. We accept partial returns, i.e. you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. Once you initiate a return request through the app, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your location at a time slot convenient to you. Ensure that products are returned unwashed, undamaged, and with intact packaging and tags. Refund shall be issued after a thorough quality check. Any product along with a free gift combo must be returned in its entirety. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and exchanges for innerwear, lingerie, swimsuits, beauty products, anklets, bangles, earrings, bracelets, brooches, pendants, necklaces, rings or any other accessories. Also as a standard industry practice, products on sale will not be considered for Returns and/or Exchange.
How do I request for a return?
In the 'Orders' tab under the 'Profile' section, tap on the product that you want to return and select your preferred pickup time. We will pickup the product from your doorstep.
Why am I not able to submit a return request using the app?
Returns are not applicable on certain products like innerwear, lingerie, swimsuits, beauty products, anklets, bangles, earrings, bracelets, brooches, pendants, necklaces, rings or any other accessories.Products purchased using offers during sale period will not be eligible for Returns and/or Exchange, as a standard industry practice.

Can I return the product at the nearest store?
No. All returns have to be processed by us.
How will my refund be processed?
Once the product is picked up from your place, refund will be made in the original mode of payment in the next 7-10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will have to send us your bank details and we will credit the amount in your account.
Within how many days can I return a product from the date of delivery?
If the product meets our return criteria, it can be returned any time from the date of purchase under our Lifetime Return Policy.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?
Exchange for a different size is currently not possible due to logistics reasons, however you can return the product you ordered and place a fresh/new order of the correct size.
In what cases will my return request be rejected?
Our Delivery Executive will refuse to take the return or exchange if :
Original tags are removed from the product
Product is stained, damaged or torn
Product is used or washed
Free products or accessories along with the original product are missing
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order in the 'Orders' tab under the 'Profile' section.
When is the latest I can cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as the product has not been picked up from the store.
Are there any cancellation charges?
No. We don't charge anything for cancelling an order.
How soon can I get my refund after cancelling?
Once your order is cancelled, you will get the refund within 7 working days in the original mode of payment.
Why did Fynd cancel my order?
Fynd sources products from brand stores in your city. While we do our best to ensure that products are available in stores at all times, and that real-time inventory is frequently updated, there could still be a possibility of your order getting cancelled due to one or more of the below mentioned reasons:
- The product is rejected by our executive due to Quality issues and a fresh product is not readily available at any of the brand stores
- The product is Out Of Stock and not available at any brand store in your city
- Our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product to your desired delivery location due to some unavoidable circumstances
Where do I enter my coupon code?
You can enter the coupon code in your bag just before making the payment.
How do I get the get the latest Fynd promotions?
Once you sign up, you will be updated about all the offers, sales and promotions via social media, app notifications and emails.
What personal information is required to create my profile on Fynd?
We require your basic information like full name, mobile number, gender, email address and your facebook ID (if you sign up using facebook) to ensure that we show you the most relevant products.
What information does Fynd access on my phone?
Fynd does not access any information on your phone apart from your location which is captured to ensure that products are delivered from your nearest store.
Can you remove the tags or bills if I want to gift a product?
No. Due to our returns and exchange policy, we cannot remove tags or bills from products.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
No. But we are working hard to set this up so that you can send your loved ones a gift through Fynd.
How can I list my brand on Fynd?
Listing a brand on Fynd is easy. All you have to do is drop an email at brands[at]gofynd.com.

WHAT IS FYND CASH?
What is Fynd Cash?
Fynd Cash is our promotional currency which can be used to purchase products on Fynd at any point in time.Fynd Cash can be earned by participating in various promotional activities such as cash backs, referral & rewards. There is 3 type of Fynd Cash that can be earned:
How can you earn (or) use cashback?
Fynd or its partner brands run promotional campaign/activities on its platform to appreciate/engage its customers. You will be informed regarding the cashback you are eligible to earn at the time of checkout. The cashback will be automatically credited to your Fynd account once the item is delivered. You can consume 100% of the cashback amount on your next order on Fynd.
Fynd Cash earned through referrals is valid for consumption until December 31st, 2016.
How can you earn (or) use referral cash?
Refer as many friends using your customised Fynd referral code. When your referred friend signs up on Fynd, both of you get Rs. 200 Fynd Cash. As soon as your friend signs up on Fynd mobile app or website, you will be notified regarding the same. Fynd's referral program enables you and your friends to earn Fynd Cash. Your invitees will need to create a new Fynd account by clicking the link you send them. For each invite signing up, customers will get the bonus depending on the promotional campaign.
When your friend signs up with Fynd, you'll earn Fynd Cash. Your available Fynd Cash automatically appears under 'Referral' on the Fynd Cash page under your account profile. If Fynd Cash isn't automatically added, it means booking does not qualify for the same.
For each transaction, you can redeem only 10% of your final order value or your referral cash balance whichever is less, post availing all product discounts.
People you refer will also see their Fynd Cash automatically appear on their account.
In the case of any forgery, Fynd has all rights to revert Fynd Cash awarded to the user.
